If there is a bruise or damage in the patient's tooth that is too bad to be recovered, it is recommended that the tooth be removed to replace this tooth with an artificial tooth. Surgical extraction is a technique used to remove some problems that cannot be seen easily in the mouth, such as broken gums or impacted gums.
